I am planning on making this web log a resource center and portal of ideas for IT technicians and people who choose to work via the Internet. There seems to be a lot more websites catering to the latter category than to the former category. Maybe I can pull together an interesting and informative journal here for both communities.

I am planning on some other blogs or websites or e-zines as well. I'll post my announcements here as these projects coalesce. I also plan on building out some interesting features from my primary Website at www.michaelsdesktop.com that may be of interest to you along these lines. Check back often to stay in touch.

I am also actively trying to build a network of competent and qualified IT technicians, web developers, graphic designers and illustrators, copywriters, network administrators, work-at-home business owners, virtual assistants, desktop publishers, printshop owners, etc., that may be interested in working together with me to build a dynamic, synergistic and cooperative team to build business relationships.

I am envisioning an environment where we can collaborate on some projects, sell the services and products of others for a modest commission or finder's fee, as well as to enter into some joint projects in new business arrangements or LLCs.

I invite and encourage any and all to send me ideas, content that would fit into these or any related areas or categories. I am happy to sign a noncompete, nondisclosure and noncircumvention agreement to assure that your intellectual property will not be at risk.

Of course, I will ask some general, preliminary questions in some instances to make sure that I'm not already working on a similar idea or project. In which case, we may still be able to negotiate something, but it will be with a better understanding of what is at stake. This should protect us both more thoroughly and prevent potential problems in the future.
